Our advise

Let’s say you habitually rideshare with people you know, your fellow workers for instance. You can calculate your kilometers as a passenger and make only one payment at regular intervals, such as every month.

A number of people can sign up for a particular itinerary. In this case, the number of WinO2 credits will be automatically divided by the number of passengers over the distance declared by each passenger, independently of their part of the itinerary. For example, on a 100 km itinerary, Passenger A can sign up for 50 km, Passenger B for 20 km and Passenger C for 10 km. The number of each passenger’s WinO2 credits will be divided by 4 (including the driver’s), even if someone in the group is not necessarily with the others on the itinerary at the same time.

IMPORTANT :

1/ You have credited too many EcoWin units to the driver’s account:
Ask the driver to put the WinO2 credits you are owed into the “ADJUSTMENTS” box. If drivers don’t do this when they are requested to by passengers, their reliability index drops!

2/ You haven’t paid the driver enough:
Using the “ADJUSTMENTS” box, add the units corresponding to the driver. If you fail to do this, the driver could notify us of the problem and put your account on hold.

Remember, however, that the WinO2 credits you have transferred using the “ADJUSTMENTS” box will not allow you to obtain CO2 credit.

Be careful: if you don’t know the number of passengers beforehand, wait for the trip date to exchange units. This will avoid misunderstandings and having to use the “ADJUSTMENTS” box.
